been called for interview but has failed to appear : Harper, although aged 52 appears to be physically fit and mentally alert (ase my telegram No.1724). He has now been laterviewed by a Co-operative Selection Board and is considered emirently suitable for this vacancy in view of hie Co-operative and other administrative experience, Grateful to learn early whether you would prefer Harper to be submitted for this appointment at once or whether further endeavours should be made to contact Tustace.
